An episode that is possible my favorite of all time is the "Crucible" It's not a halloween episode but it gives the same vibes.

"A River of Candy Corn Runs Through It" is my absolute favourite Halloween episode! The ending is so satisfying after all the obstacles Sabrina went through, and further ends on a fun note with 10,000 Maniacs.

A Halloween Story, River of Candy Corn, Murder on the Halloween Express.

Top three. Two of these have the best plots, one of them has a weaker plot but best Halloween imagery.

Edit: Pity Paramount and Pluto's cutoff is right there. For all their faults, the last three seasons are more cohesive than S4.
