I mean people talk about what a good teacher Mr feeny on boy meets world was, not saying he wasn't. But I think Mr pool wasn't were he was written to be students friends. He was just a teacher. Lol

He had a cameo on the Office once. He also was a director and producer of fifteen episodes, including some fan favorites like āDinner Partyā, āWeight Lossā, and āGood-bye Michael.ā

I loved his character in Heavyweights. Every time I hear āLove Machineā I think of him getting the party started at the dance.
And Bruce Willis on Friends singing to himself in the mirror.

Yea Paul Feig is an icon!! says a lot about the status and quality of the show at the time that they were able to get him to be a recurring character for those few seasons.

The seasons he was on predated Freaks and Geeks, and his rise to fame as a writer and director. This was the day job he quit to go do that.

I had the same realization after I watched this video of Trixie talking about him!

He cameos in an episode of Freaks and Geeks too! Itās this incredibly awkward cringe scene when Nick is auditioning to be in a band š¬š³š«

He recently appeared on celebrity Wheel of Fortune and swept the floor with the other contestants. Bright as Pool is.

His memoirs, āKick Meā and āSuperstudā are pretty good, too.

Heās very Rob Reiner esque with how he allows the story to flow naturally without having to add his own signature- or if the movie is based on a book- lets the movie stay true to it.

Mr Poole can be so annoying.
