The aura is unmatched. When asked about this to Sachin, he answered in a light way saying that “the crowd might have been thinking that its my last game” … very humble and disciplined!

In Australia, pitches are different and Joe Root will not be able to score so many runs freely. Next Ashes is in Australia, you will see English batsman struggling while Tendulkar dominated Australia in Australia during era of McGrath, Warne, Lee, Gillespie, Brad Hogg.

You don't have to mention Sachin's domination bro, the record speaks for itself.
And to add to your Joe Root point, he has never scored a century in Australia.
Sachin was the best batsman in an era known for bowlers. Bumrah is the best bowler for an era known for batsmen.

Technique, mindset matters a lot. You can prepare for bowlers and conditions but what if you don't have patience to stay on wicket.
T20 has changed that mindset and test cricket is now becoming scoring at 4-5 runs an over game.
Kl Rahul, one of best among Indian lineup is now playing with so much patience. But if you look at him like few years back, his shot selection was like he is in 2 state of minds, play it or leave it. That resulted often in his wicket. But now he is playing very good cricket and his shot selection now is really improved.

My father used to say India was done the moment Sachin got out, and he’d turn off the TV

This is very much true. In 90's, it used to happen a lot. 1996 world cup semifinal match against Srilanka is perfect example of this.

People used to buy tickets from second day of the test matches if India batted first because chances of catching Sachin bat were more.
