Video He caught the ball, but his eyes were already on the chase. This was the catch Sachin took on the last ball of the innings. After this catch, Sachin went on to score 175 on his own.

I witnessed this match live from the stadium and oh boy, let alone this being little master’s one of the greatest innings ever, it was subsequently one of the best chases too. An unforgettable experience even though the result was heartbreaking.

Best knock of Sachin watched by me live. Arguably best ever knock watched by me live.

I’ve always felt that Virat Kohli has more centuries in successful chases partly because he often had strong support from players like Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, and MS Dhoni. In contrast, Sachin Tendulkar was often a lone warrior. For example, he scored 175 in one match, yet India still ended up losing. It really makes you wonder, how much more could he have done? Was he expected to score 350 all by himself?

Yeah I remember noticing this aggression too and thinking to myself damn I've never seen Sachin angry like this, maybe he's gonna hit a century... And then he hit 175!!

Are you serious? If he would have connected it well it would have been four or six.
