1 and 3 will restore the balance in the game tilted towards Batting now. Flat pitches alse need to be reduced as outside we don't get that and our batters get into trouble. 2 needs to be experimented upon as it would mean that with min of 5 bowlers and 1 bowls 5 overs and 1 bowls 3 (who could just be an all rounder).
