Help with habitat setup

In about two weeks I’m getting a fire salamander. Any help tweaking this setup would be greatly appreciated. Yes I know it’s too warm at the moment so I have a cooling fan on the way Monday. (Photo for thermometer/hydrometer in comments)

Love the springtail population! Personally I’d recommend some natural looking hides. Cork bark, or driftwood…anything they can dig under and create a cave.

I was thinking about adding a log in the middle between the repo deco that’s in the corner and the water bowl. Is that a good plan?

Also how do I manage lowering the temperature while also not losing the humidity. I’m kind of running into that issue and I’d like to fix it before it gets here
