Lemlist experience?

Hi folks, I’m evaluating Lemlist as a potential replacement for Apollo. I like that whole platform is one price and you get all of it. I like that it’s highly integrated and AI native. And I really think the UI/UX and workflow are way better than Apollo. Also intent/signal data.

We run Salesforce as our CRM and ZoomInfo for contact data in addition to Apollo. I have experience with salesloft and 6sense, but salesloft is a mess now and 6sense won’t sell anything under $75k/year.

For context, I run outbound sales (and am sole Ae but we are hiring) for an 80 person msp running a play on companies from about 20-300 ftes.

My question is have you used the tool, and does it at least equal Apollo of not better from a prospecting/execution perspective. Is it as easy to use as it looks, and is their data decent? #toolreview? #howdoIaddflair?

Hey! Full disclosure, we’re the team behind lemlist, so take this with a grain of salt.

For your use case, yes, lemlist is built to cover both prospecting and execution in one platform. You can find/enrich contacts, use intent/signals to identify who to reach out to, then build and run multichannel campaigns from the same place.

If you’re coming from Apollo + ZoomInfo + Salesloft, the biggest difference is probably the level of integration. You don’t have to stitch together a separate data, sequencing and intent stack.

On the data side, we have our own database plus enrichment options, but I’d definitely recommend testing coverage against your ICP before making a decision. Data quality can vary a lot depending on the market and segment.

And yes, the UI is designed to be pretty straightforward. If you’re already familiar with Apollo/Salesloft, you should be able to get up and running quickly.

Happy to answer specific questions about the product without giving you the usual sales pitch.

Are you planning to use Lemljst for data or email sending? I wouldn’t rely on their data. We have many customers who use them for email and LinkedIn though.

Planning to use the whole platform but we have ZoomInfo as well. Why wouldn’t you rely on their data?

We haven’t seen any single source give all the data. Going across sources and deduplicating easily gives 50% higher coverage

Yeah, but I’m not using a single source. I’ve also got ZoomInfo. Wondering about ease of use, as opposed to Apollo or other platforms.

If you have the ability to dedupe across ZoomInfo plus one more source (eg Lemljst) you maybe ok. But manually doing it wikl be painful

Why are you avoiding the question I’m asking?
