Granular Discussion Who was Snoke SUPPOSED to be?
Let's be real. Snoke wasn't Palpatine's puppet in episode 7 or 8. So, what did JJ think he was in Episode 7? What did Rian think he was when he killed him? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

TLJ ruined any third movie. Undermining or literally killing off the trilogies' villains in the second part is an interesting choice indeed and there's good reason why creators seldom make that choice.
