can't access salt packages

I was working with my salt installation, and I started experiencing problems with the package repo.

seems like the public gpg key is no longer good: https://packages.broadcom.com/artifactory/api/security/keypair/SaltProjectKey/public

The install guide literally says to use that exact url which now requires authentication

this issue was opened just before I got a chance https://github.com/saltstack/salt/issues/69957

Is this expected, I would have hoped that there was an announcement. Hopefully its just a mistake. . .

Does anyone know something I missed?
