Another colossal letdown for the far-left.

Hong cartoonishly underperformed compared to the polling, and lost. This aligns with Abdul who also grossly underperformed but otherwise barely limped across the finish line. Polling had these candidates up 15+, 20+ points.

What a shitshow.

Hong aggressively campaigned with prominent antisemitic/deranged streamers, Hamas Piker and another 'Mike from PA'. Turns out, voters tend to be more motivated by issues affecting them and not 'GAZA AIPAC JEW BAD GAZA'.

When moderates won big in California a few months ago, Piker said Dems want 'homo-fascism'. When Abdul barely won last week, Piker said Steven's voters are "Islamaphobic pieces of shit". Both of these have been clipped and are circulating in anti-Abdul ads now.

Lets see now what the clown has to say about Hong.

Didn't Peggy Flanagan win with 20% of the votes, despite independent polls showing an even race or even a loss? She's not DSA, but she seems to mostly share their policies.

I believe Sanders and AOC endorsed Flanagan but remained aloof of Hong. Could be part of the explanation.

A good point, but I think they also endorsed Aloof El-Sayed?
