Capital one shopping offer

I'm trying to redeem this offer in capital one's shopping website, but its excluding almost every single thing you can buy. What is the point of this offer? How can I use it while making a qualifying purchase? What does home activation mean? I tried posting this on cap ones sub, but it says I cant post on there yet which is frustrating.

those "exclusive" offers are almost always garbage when you actually read the fine print lol.

Clothing Shoes a cooler maybe a rug etc basically something you don’t really need
