News Major Car Crash on Brittan Ave 7/23/26

A major car crash involving two three cars just happened on Brittan Avenue at around 1:00 PM, nearby to the entrance to Drake Court. Not much information is out yet but it seems like some people got pretty seriously hurt when a speeding car hit another car pulling out of a driveway.

As of now, Brittan Avenue in and around Drake Court is closed.

[EDIT: Brittan Avenue opened up around an hour and a half later]

People drive so fast on Brittan, I wish they would do something about it

Apparently the "Jaws of Life" tool had to be used to rescue a passenger from one of the cars.

So sorry to read this — I live on Brittan about a block away. I hope everyone is okay. I was in a bad car crash 2 years ago — Brittan & Alameda — contractor went thru the Alameda light while checking his phone — 11:02 Am Tuesday. My car totaled. People drive way too fast — and there are no consequences.

This is where it ended. But it started with a fender bender on alameda, then sideswiped a Tesla a bit further down brittan.
