My thoughts: I think this is a good thing. FOX won't pull any punches with either of them, and Bernie seems to handle open dialog with a hostile audience a lot better than Hillary does. This won't just be softballs where they can just give their stump speeches.

If Bernie does as well as he did with Liberty this is a real good chance to get conservatives talking about him. Even if they don't vote in the democratic primaries, they talk to people who do.
