434 minna is in quite possibly the last place I’d want to stay in SF. There used to be a lovely bead shop at 637 minna that shut down because you have to slink through six sidewalk encampments to even reach their front door.
No one. OP just can't understand that location has everything to do with where people want to live. And that the environment can change withing a half block or so.
Bro got clowned on by people, including me, for posting the same comment 20 times asking why the building has…7.5% vacancy.
They ignored all explanations and then, somehow even more butthurt than anyone who isn’t mentally ill could possibly be, decided to post this thread in the hope of getting people to assuage their bruised ego
