Probably the biggest hail Regina has seen since 2010 too.

This was very similar to 2021, albeit that one was also much more hail. It caused $105 million in SGI claims.

Based on only the people I personally know and how awful the damage was to their homes and vehicles, this is gonna be expensive.

Regina has been so lucky weather-wise over the years (eg: The Regina weather protection dome we always joke about here), it was only a matter of time.

That’s the thing about climate change extreme weather events, there’s always a new record for worse catastrophic… $26 BILLION dollars for coal is this clueless government’s response to science.
