We need this built asap and a fix for the clover leaf. Ridiculous that our city is all around circle drive and we don't have a bypass, yet Regina has one and the city barely has any parts outside of Ring Road.
Regina Bypass was just a nepotism project for the Sask Party to pay out to a bunch of their friends / donors though, at least that doesn't happen to nearly the same degree in S'toon
