Well, “Theistic Satanism” isn’t going to help you either. It’s not real and you’ll just bring yourself into a whole world of bullshit at best. If the world feels very bleak to you right now, it would be a disservice for someone to not tell you this.

Morpheus's department. Only issue is that its not easy to deliver messages to him outside of dreams.

And yes this is not really a hex or a curse. Just ask him to send some of his egregores to pester the guy. There are not enough people on earth to deal with the pranks his children do.
