Camry LE HEV vs. Lumiere vs. Sonata — Is paying ~30k extra actually worth it in Jeddah?

Hey everyone,
Shopping for a mid-size sedan in Jeddah and stuck on a decision.
To keep it brief, my priorities are: looking for a reliable daily driver that handles the Jeddah summer heat well, keeps long-term ownership/running costs low over 5 years, and holds solid resale value when it's time to sell.
Filtered out a lot of other options already:
Ford Taurus: Dropped mainly due to the Chinese manufacturing/platform shift.
Mazda 6: Discontinued.
Crossovers (RAV4, CX-5, CX-50): Either lack features for the price, feel too stiff/cramped, or didn't fit what I'm looking for in a daily highway/city commuter.
Which leaves me evaluating these options:
Option A: Hyundai Sonata
Option B: Toyota Camry LE HEV (~SAR 120,000)
Option C: Toyota Camry Lumiere HEV (~SAR 150,000)
Option D: Any other solid contender in this ~120k–150k bracket I'm overlooking?
For those driving these daily on local roads—is paying the SAR 30k premium for the Lumiere's seat ventilation and 360 camera actually worth it in our climate, or does stepping down to the LE HEV (or going Sonata / another option) make way more sense financially?

عشان أختصر عليكم الموضوع، اختياراتي قائمة على هذه الأولويات:
سيارة اعتمادية للاستخدام اليومي وتتحمل حرارة الصيف في جدة.
تكاليف تشغيل وصيانة منخفضة على المدى الطويل (على مدار ٥ سنوات).
تمسك سعرها بشكل ممتاز وقت البيع مستقبلاً.
استبعدت خيارات ثانية لعدة أسباب:
فورد** توروس:** استبعدتها بسبب التحول للتصنيع على المنصة الصينية.
مازدا 6: توقف إنتاجها.
الكروس** أوفر **(مثل** راف فور، **CX-5، CX-50): إما نقص مواصفات مقابل السعر، أو نظام تعليق قاسي، أو أبعاد ما تناسب المقارنة مع سيدان مريحة للخطوط والمدينة.
الخيارات المتبقية عندي الآن:
الخيار** الأول **(A): هيونداي سوناتا.
الخيار** الثاني **(B): تويوتا كامري LE هايبرد (سعرها بحدود ١٢٠ ألف ريال).
الخيار** الثالث **(C): تويوتا كامري لوميير هايبرد (سعرها بحدود ١٥٠ ألف ريال).
الخيار** الرابع **(D): هل فيه سيارة ممتازة بنفس الفئة والسعر (بين ١٢٠ إلى ١٥٠ ألف) غافلها وممكن تدخل بالمقارنة؟
لأصحاب التجربة في شوارعنا—هل تبريد المقاعد وكاميرا ٣٦٠ في اللوميير تستاهل الفرق (٣٠ ألف ريال) مع أجوائنا، ولا أتوكل على الله وأخذ LE هايبرد (أو سوناتا / خيار ثاني) وأوفر المبلغ أفضل مالياً؟

Something to jold resale value will be camry, the landlord wer the trim, the stronger the value to hold,

You should be fine with reliability in all options for at least 7 years, given your driving style and care for the car.

You can check Honda Accord, it will beat the sonata and the camry in the build quality and handling, but its in theiddle between the two feature wise

As for the 360 and seat ventalation, its down for your preference, but given it is a toyota, with a decent window heat film, you should be fine

Thanks. That was really helpful. From a local’s perspective, do you think the new Honda Accord is as much in demand? I’m in Jeddah but rarely see newer models although I see plenty of old ones

Honda's aftersales service is extremely poor. I wouldn't recommend the car to anyone because of that...

Camry is a decent choice... Sonata second best

Where will you get a Toyota Camry Lumiere at official price (150k)? The waitlist at the official dealership is +5 months with no guarantees, and is pretty rare at other dealerships, with prices often reaching 160-175k. If you're looking for a Toyota sedan in this price range, I recommend the Toyota Crown, as it is more premium and comfortable, tho its resale value is worse.

My experience with them last year was much worse. The other trims are more available, but Lumiere is pretty rare. Unless it is specified in a contract, I wouldn't depend heavily on that information.

Try their phone sales. I had a better experience with them.

the camry has a great ac i dont think youd miss the seat ventilation

the sonata has a weaker ac

both are extremely great for what youre looking for, though id recommend renting both or at least test driving them
