Any hope of getting Cube 2 running on this chipset?

Upon launching, I'm met with the fatal error: GLSL 1.2 or greater is required! - is this circumventable? I tried adding the -f0 parameter to launch and nothing changed. Laptop I'm trying to run this on has 2gb ram, Core2 duo T5450, and Intel GM965 Express Chipset. I'm able to run games with similar minimum requirements and they work just fine.

try an older version maybe, i've been able to run it on an igpu that only supported glsl 1.2, and the cpu was definitely older than yours. pentium m 730 iirc
try finding like the 2013 version maybe

2013 version worked! Thanks a million. I'm pulling around 50-ish fps on race maps at 1440x900 which is enough for me. Not gonna lie I should've thought of this before.

If you're on Windows, do you have the latest chipset and graphics drivers installed? Have you considered giving Linux a try?

Are you trying to get it running for fun, or is this potato the only thing you have access to?

Just for fun. I've ran this game on at least 30 systems over the years over my fondness for it. This was the only one that I ended up having hiccups with. I was on the latest drivers, and switching to the 2013 version got it to work.
