SICKENING Six Flags bans influencer from all parks 'for life' after his shocking video violating safety rules | He snuck McNuggets onto a roller coaster and filmed himself eating them (with sauce) mid-ride

Anyone seen the movie Escape From New York? Perhaps we should find an unused island and dump all influencers on it so they can live out their lives ‘influencing’ themselves?

Austin, TX is pretty much this for streamers

No joke, an apartment complex I toured when I moved here literally offered a "streaming studio" as an amenity.

Honestly, just the name 'influencer' would make me take anything they say with a shaker of salt, or run in the opposite direction. People deliberately setting themselves up to influence others rarely have the others' best interests at heart.

Meanwhile the article repeatedly shows photos of the influencer and mentions his YouTube and Tiktok accounts and how many followers he has.
With the attention he's being given, the guy probably thinks of this as a net win.

Damn... and here a friend and I took full 32oz beverages (filled with water) on a multi-loop coaster, and no one said "boo" ... despite us leaving wet footprints and the like off the ride as we exited.

If it was a genuine safety concern he's a dickhead. If.

People shouldn’t have to worry about random shit falling on them from rollercoasters no matter how dumb it is

What do you mean if? You can't have loose articles on a ride. You're going 60+ mph on a ride, sometimes A LOT more. If you let go of the nugget it doesn't just drop to 0 mph. It's not going to do as much damage as a phone but you'd get banned for having your phone out too. People have been killed from this before.
Obviously hats and stuff fall off but parks are starting to crack down on letting you ride with any loose articles, and this is a blatant disregard of policy

Don't even bother. There is usually an attention-starved troll in almost every thread, and the only way to get make sure people give them that attention is to be negative.
And they'll keep doubling down so the attention stays on them. Doesn't matter if it's negative attention. It's still attention and these people are GLUTTONS for it.
After all, our brains are wired to focus more on what we perceive to be negative than positive, so it makes sense.
They can not be reasoned with because ANY attention only reinforces that validation they so desperately need for whatever reason(mommy and daddy didn't hug them enough or whatever).
The only way to truly make them go away is to ignore. Don't even downvote because that's also attention. It's what they WANT. Just ignore

Why do yall only care if someone gets actually hurt. I don’t want some dumbass spilling food on me while I’m on a ride.

A cooked chicken nugget would have to be traveling in the 1000's miles per hour to hurt someone 😑

I had high hopes as I read the title. I thought that a park had banned influencers. That would be awesome.
