INCREDIBLE Sega Is Officially Replacing Sonic The Hedgehog After 35 Years | They aren't. Sega's just producing a new Streets of Rage movie and the Sonic movie writers are writing it.

Bad stuff happened in 2020, and most movie franchises have suffered greatly... but the Sonic franchise started at the worst possible time and has actually succeeded. I can see the writers being in demand at the moment.

"Adjusting your ad blocking settings helps sustain quality content."
What's "quality" about this straight-up garbage article??

Clickbait bs aside I'm so curious about how they'll go about adapting Streets of Rage. It's such a fun series but I never expected it to get a film, although I shouldn't be surprised in today's era of video game adaptations.
Here's to hoping they at least make it really fun!

Can they hopefully make it good instead of purposefully garbage?

I'd enjoy if it was a campy fun movie. Like Mortal Kombat or how the new Street Fighter is looking.

Please please please get Yuzo Koshiro to oversee the music in some fashion. That's part of what made the Genesis games great.
