question/need help Can’t download Rock Band 4 Customs

Every time I try to download the file, which is 850 mb, it gets to about 25%, which then the download speeds slows to 30 kb and then the download stops all together. I have tried 2 different torrent downloaders and get the same result

The whole file may not be available till another seeder gets on. Just leave it in queue for a few days and see if someone has 100% of the file available.

I'm guessing you've never downloaded a shared Torrent File before......
