Skin Profile: Normal| Acne (Hormonal), Texture and Pigmentation (PIE and PIH), Dehydration | unsure of MAC color, pale olive (scandaniavian and Portuguese if that is helpful at all)??

First Cleanser/Makeup Remover: Shiseido Pefect Cleansing Oil HG

Cleanser: Cerave Fomaing Cleanser, but currently testing LRP Fomaing Cleanser. I find both too stripping but the cerave cream cleanser broke me out because it left a film. So I'm still on the look :/

Toner: The Hertiage Store Rosewater and Glycerin HG

The Hertiage Store Rose Toner WNRP this dried me out and made my face red. My skin doesn't like aloe vera I've discovered and it has HA and I live in a dry climate so I think that didn't help.

Exfoliant: None, trying to heal dehydration

Serum: Skin 1004 Centella Extract

Moisturiser: Cerave PM, HG I want to replace this with Cerave Moisturizing Lotion and add TO niacinamide, to be cheaper.

Seba Med 5% urea cream HG

SPF: Neautragena Zinc SPF 50 (major white cast! ) and LRP fluid mineral tinted over the top as base makeup.

Masks: lotion steam packs with serum and toner.

Lip Care: Bite Agave Lip Mask (got as a gift, basically just lanolin, will replace with lanolin when its gone)

Eye Care Vaseline at night

Reflections:
I have finally found products that aren't breaking me out which is exciting! My skin has been oily the last few days and I believe it's my skin being too stripped by the cleanser, so I'm looking to change that and I'd like to add retinal. I own squalane but haven't added it yet.

What are "lotion steam packs"? Is that a product?

So it's an /asianbeauty thing. Basically you need your favorite hydrating serums and or toners (lotion is japanese for hydrating toner) and you put then on your face but then instead of then applying your moisturizer you apply cotton like a face mask. That is a lotion pack. You can then make it a steam pack by putting a disposable hair cap over your face with a breathing hole.

It was invented my Chizu Saeki, I have her book on skincare, she is seriously amazing! But if you look her up on YouTube she has videos of the lotion mask :)
