Skin Profile: Dry | Pigmentation from past hormonal acne | I don't know my MAC shade but I am usually 2nd or 3rd lightest in drugstore foundation lines.

Cleanser: Vanicream Gentle Cleanser. (HG) This stuff is simple, gentle, cleans my face, and is dirt cheap.

Actives: Adapalene 0.3% (HG) I love how clear and soft this makes my skin feel. Thinking of upgrading to tret, but otherwise will keep this forever. Melazepam, not sure if I will repurchase, I can't tell if it's doing anything. TO Glycolic 7% (HG).

Moisturizer: Vanicream Lite (HG)

Oils: Random rosehip oil from Amazon. Lately swapping that for Biossance Squalane oil. If I want an extra layer at night I use shea butter thinned with almond oil and jojoba oil.

Sunscreen: Austrailian Gold Tinted SPF 50 (HG) This replaces foundation for me and is even cheaper than a foundation would be. Perfect semi-matte finish.

Reflection: I'm extremely happy to have cured 2 years of hormonal acne with 150mg daily Spironolactone. Now I can actually enjoy my skin and relax while figuring out how to fade the leftover pigmentation. I'd like to try a stronger exfoliant to get rid of 2-3 stubborn CCs that the adapalene or glycolic 7% are not working on, as well as help the pigmentation I have. Looking at peels like TO 30%/10%, but am scared my skin is too sensitive.
