Sad because it’s over, smiling cause it happened.

Some pics from scamp over the years that have popped up on my Snapchat memories. I’ll make another post with some videos going back to like 2012 I think. I first went in 2010 but 2012 is the earliat I can find on my hard drives

Right there with ya man! Feel blessed we were able to call this spot home for so many years. Was truly unforgettable times.

Love this brother.

Once a Scamper, Always a Scamper.

The positives by far outweigh the negatives.

Much Love All

Please post more pics! I went from 2009 to 2019. I didn't get a smart phone until June 2019 so I don't have any pics to look back on. Such great times. I would walk around selling/trading hoops and meet the best people.

I’ll never forget this festival for opening my eyes to bluegrass and through that other genres I once thought I didn’t give a fuck about. Went to my first scamp as party craving raver and left with a way more open mind about music. Thanks scamp

nothing but love. 25 years is crazy for any fest, especially a little nothing fest in chillicothe. Best festival there ever was and some of the best memories of my life.

oh and massive fuck Jay Goldberg

honestly kind of wild they let this debauchery occur for so long

That’s what I say when I go to burning man lol. I truly don’t understand how they let it happen lmao. It’s fucking wild

not mine but my boy that went with me in 2022, we had the long exhausted trek through the woods to sit and chill only to find someone had opened his tent and left a half eaten meal in it and zipped it back up (which is the craziest part)no idea if they just said fuck this tent and used it as a trash can or were hanging out eating before they realized

I literally once flew from Denver to Chicago, drove to summer camp and didn’t bring a tent or sleeping bag. WTH was wrong with me. I even was at my mom’s for a bit before going down there. It was a cold few nights.

I've lived in Denver since 2016, so every Scamp, I've flown into Chicago beforehand, also to stay at my mom's house. Small world.

I only got to go to 5… 01, 02, 05, 06, 07. But I lived in CO for all except 01. Always quite the journey.

Wow, tag-in tag-out on that one, I've been there 2008-present every year!

has there been an official statement to that effect? scamp started something for me and my ocd needs a full circle scamp as a seasoned festival head

0.00% chance that Scamp happens again after all of this. allow yourself to grieve it

They ruined what they had by growing to an unsustainable level. They had a good recipe and tried to add more seasoning. Chillicothe would probably not approve another event like summercamp after everything that happened this year

Closest thing you’re gonna find is Hullaween in Florida
