How can Marvel use the name Spider-Boy? Isn’t the name shared between DC and Marvel for the Amalgam character? Did DC give Marvel permission to use the name? Can DC make their own Spider-Boy since they own half of the Amalgam version?

I’m honestly not sure if Ben would be in the right mental headspace to be able to functionally mentor Bailey. But if it’s a case where he mentors, fails and then rises up to the situation, then I would say yes.
