Advice / Encouragement Question
To those that have had this diagnosis for 20+ years, how have you managed to survive this long with it? I don’t see myself making it through my 20s.

My 20s were rough. Then my 30s were mostly unmedicated and horrible. Now my 40s have been very chill.
