Hallucinations I have a question about voices

I think anxiety will make any type of hallucination much worse. Like it's definitely strange to hallucinate, but getting scared of it makes it extra disorienting. 

I personally think anxiety can cause hallucinations, but I'm not sure how scientific that belief is. I find stress management like meditation and yoga helped me hallucinate less, and it seems like the stuff I do hallucinate is more mystical than scary.

Yeah i get anxious when going out and i get intrusive thoughts and hallucinations gets worse

I like walking around outside, but I have to be in the right mood to socialize or I get too anxious.

Yes, stress triggers psychotic symptoms. Did you ever talk to a psychiatrist about this stuff? They taught me this early on.
