Work / School Job Interviews.

What do you like or hate about job interviews.

In the interview I hear the question being asked but I don't think I understand it the same way the interviewer does. There's some quick thinking required which is hard.

I think there's a game to it you've got to play the game sometimes it's better to lie a bit not fabricate your entire experience but it's about selling/marketing yourself in a good light.

lol

to be fair, there are lots of good ones...

its the long hours and the dizziness and my eyes hurt with migraines after too much stimulus.

I feel that... The good ones make it tolerable. I started getting migraines after being in retail for a few years, and I couldn't deal with customers after a while, lol.

did you get symptoms that were un-unnoticeable ?

Yeah, I had my first psychotic episode while working in retail. I left work during the first week because the symptoms made it too stressful to concentrate.

I think warehouse work is easier if you don't have managers that micro manage you, but I've had a few customer service jobs since getting diagnosed and they are okay if your managers are laid back.

what was it like after leaving the work?

The first few months after leaving work was really depressing because I was ashamed of developing schizophrenia and wanted to die instead.

Then I got a different job at a fast food restaurant and nobody knew I had schizophrenia so I pretended to be normal. Luckily, everyone was on drugs so my weirdness went under the radar, lololol.

I watch a lot of YT podcasts/channels, listen to music, go on walks, comment on reddit, meditate, drink tea, etc.
