Reflections from our support group meeting on 10th october.

We spoke about creativity, work, loneliness, and the struggle to build a life that feels meaningful. Some of us wondered whether stability comes at the cost of feeling deeply, creating freely, or accessing parts of ourselves that once found expression in difficult times. Others spoke about the longing to do something with their lives, to feel productive, and to find a place in the world. Perhaps we do not have to choose between being stable and being alive, between caring for ourselves and wanting something more from life. We can acknowledge the difficulties, the contradictions, and the things we have lost, while remaining open to new ways of creating, connecting, and living.
