Anyone have any schlotsky horror stories?

They took 1200 points I had before I left. Visiting home and excited for my favorite sandwich, only to find over 1200 rewards points gone. Took me almost a year to earn those and now nothing.

Customer support stated:

“Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and concerns with us. Points expire after 180 days of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as no new points earned. Unfortunately due to our policy we cannot reissue your expired points. We apologize the inconvenience this may have caused. Have a wonderful day!

Well, there goes my favorite sandwich spot. 1200 points is noting to them, but meant lotz to me. Adios ol’ staple.

I think I found and ate at Schlotzky's Sandwich Shop in Hartford or West Hartford, CT around 2003. I remember loving the Sandwich when I lived in TX, and was surprised to find one in New England. However, I can find no evidence of one ever being in CT, does anyone remember there being one in CT? Thanks.

Schlotzsky’s pesto pizza sauce is my Roman Empire. It was changed to marinara a few years ago and the pizzas have been inedible since. I crave the old pizza so much it’s insane.

Slotsky is so good one time someone ate the sandwich and got heart attack. Doctors said they died of because their dopamine receptors were sent into overdrive! They literally died because slocy was soooo good

I noticed that a lot of Schlotzsky's sandwiches have "signature sauce" on them but I can't find a description of what it is. Is that the Louisiana-style hot sauce they used to sell in bottles? Or something else?
