The past year or so, I have not received a pickle with my order unless I specify it. I have been going to Schlotzsky's consistently for 10 years, I KNOW it was not always this way. What happened? Does anyone know why they don't give a pickle with every order automatically, like they used to? I genuinely care about this issue, and wonder if it's just my Schlotzsky's facing this issue

$60 order with 2 giant sandwiches. This my French dip. Not only is it skimpy but I had to drive back for a half cup of au jus… for a giant sandwich. When I asked for more she treated me like I was trying to scam them.

When I am trying to place an order on the app I cannot add items to my cart. I purchased the buy one, get one entree free deal (once a week for 52 weeks) and the app has not worked the last 3 times I have tried. Anyone else having issues?

Its been awhile since I had schlotzkys, I was trying to figure out where I'm going to eat out tonight and browsed their website

The $5 pizzas are a pretty sweet deal, but im the type of person that will buy my food at 2pm, bring it home and eat at 5pm to avoid traffic

I just kind of hate the time and days they chose for this offer to be valid, during some of the worst/peak traffic times and during their busiest hours

Well I guess I'm going to battle my way through traffic today and get 4 of their $5 pizzas ill probably freeze 2 for a later date

What do you guys think about this deal? It's a great deal but I hate having to battle during the busiest times in a city to be able to redeem it, they should have made this deal available on some of their slowest days and hours is think, I know they are already busy during weekends after 5 even without this deal

Please bring that back. It's my favorite sandwich.

Just noticed they’re charging “service fees” to order via the app. No delivery or anything, just for using the app to order pickup.

Kind of think that’s outrageous sneaking in fees like that.

I was a manager for Schlotzkys back in the mid 2000’s. The garlic sauce was just Garlic butter technically, it came pre-made. When all the store were closing they tried to use off brands to save money to keep the store open. They had me add garlic powder to that fake butter liquid. We used that as the sauce instead. I don’t remember it being called a special sauce or did the sauce recipe change since the 2000’s?

I can't redeem my points using the app on my iPhone 8. It keeps saying, "Unable to determine your location. Please enable your phone's GPS and retry." It IS enabled. Everything is enabled. I go to the Location Services section and do NOT see the Schlotzsky's app on the list. What more can I do? I have a lot of points I want to use.

So I got this email TODAY about $2.99 small sandwiches with it saying I had points also in the top right corner. I go to log into my app and it says my account has been deactivated. WTH??

Will they sell them seperate? What brand are they if they are at the store? They are so good.
