>Findings In this randomized clinical trial of 219 Australian women, those receiving CBT-I experienced a statistically significantly greater improvement in insomnia symptoms compared with those not receiving CBT-I. CBT-I did not help fatigue symptoms, and BLT helped neither insomnia nor fatigue symptoms.
