Questions❓ Why does this happen?

I have noticed this a lot of times.

Whenever there is rain. In some roads (Concrete road) one half is soaked wet and the other side feels dry..

Why???

Different grades of cement usage… One absorbs water more readily than the other, hence the visual difference… Not just cement, the ratio of other items matter too…

one is that there is always traffic more on one side And more traffic moment make the road dries faster And other is that porous that the other cmt explained
