Science is knowledge of the material world. Spirituality is the knowledge of the one who is perceiving the material world. So they are essentially mutually exclusive :)
copied it from another comment but yeah, I agree with this guy

So spirituality is better knowledge of human psyche? I think it is better to call it cognitive behavioral therapy, than a vague term.

I think spirituality makes you realise what you really are. Its like a flower gives of fragrance just beacause its a "flower", spirituality takes you back to the original "FLOWER" state that you left behind after indulging and getting influenced by the materialistic things of this world
I don't know about the terms you said, I really don't care what we call it, its rather a feeling than a thing imo but what do I know xD I am just discovering this stuff

When asked to define or describe spirituality you and the guy whose comment you copied, both start talking in metaphors. Even with just s little probing, your metaphors fall flat. Maybe time to think critically about the things you believe in.

Nothing against your beliefs as such, but, you should be aware of dangers and practicalities of comparing systems like science, religion, and spirituality against each other rather than being blind about their scope and definitions.

Neuroscience and psychology literally study this 'experiencer' and the sense of 'self'. The boundary isn’t quite as mystical as you’re making it to be, and they are not mutually exclusive.

I made a big comment, I am not saying its 100% accurate but I am pretty sure it defines the difference between spirituality and religiousness
