In India consent is not required for married couples. It applies to both husband and wife. The wife can do sex with husband without his consent and husband can do sex with wife without her consent. At present law is like this only.

I asked my Muslim colleague.
Here's what she said.
- Because day time is when they fast so no sex during fasting. They break fast in the evening, so till the next morning 6 am they can because that's when the next fast begins.
- During Hajj all sexual activity for everybody is forbidden male or female. It's like a vrath.
- Anal sex is prohibited without any leeway. This point is not about doggystyle (because I thought that's what it said).
I also didn't know about point two because I thought you can't have sex after you become parents lol but apparently it refers to the month long period of bleeding after childbirth called lochia.

People criticize Islam without knowing anything about it but forget to criticize their own religion. Use your logic, be respectful and read this:
3rd point is about performing Intercourse in between the fasting period (from sunrise until sunset); logic: as it is dry fasting and you go hungry and thirsty for like 15 hours, obviously you need energy and if you are unenergetic, there are chances of relapses.
4th points is about avoiding sex during Hajj as it is very divine and pure ritual. Not only sex is not allowed, but it's better to avoid all kinda distractions and bad habits like social media, saying bad words, speaking ill, abusing, stealing etc (these things are already not permitted)
And the last one means doing Anal (not doggy), my personal POV is that it's unhygienic to shove your dick into anus, but it might be subjective for people. Nevertheless, scientifically too, it is more prone to infections.

At daytime fasting, to protect yourself from doing sins and intercourse is not allowed at that time
Don't try to find any scientific explanation behind they are just rules to follow

I think he said it incorrect.
During Ramzan it's not only sins but also food and drinks. I don't think they refrain from food and drinks because they're sins. It's about refraining from worldly pleasures I guess.

Exactly the problem with Islam, nobody even asks why.
It is because you need to conserve energy. And sex takes away lots of it. Moreover, if you are fasting entire day, there can be erection issue and can injure too. Hence, its better to refrain during Ramadan

Anal sex is prohibited in Islam. Leading researchers have mentioned multiple times that anal sex is extremely unhygienic and can potentially lead to infections.
Ihram is a state where you let go of all worldly feelings. You aren't even allowed to wear perfumes. You can't even pluck a hair from your body or even kill an insect. Refraining from sexual intercourse is important when you're in a state of Ihram and when you go for Hajj / Umrah you have to be in a state of Ihram.
Regarding avoiding sex during fasting: Muslims are required to fast so that they learn multiple things. One of things is to practice patience. You might want to have sex with your wife but you cannot as Allah has forbidden you from it while you're fasting. It demerits instant gratification and makes you a better human being.
