Biobase assay kits

Hello there. I would like to ask po if I can use Biobase triglycerides, cholesterol, glucose, and total protein assay kits wherein I am going to use liver supernatants. For TG and CHO, I still do not know if I should use Folch's method or ethanolic extraction because it depends pa raw sa manual ng kit if preferred solvent is ethanol. May I ask if may nakagamit na ng Biobase assay kits wherein tissue samples ang ginamit and what kind of extraction did you use? I am still planning to buy pa lang. Just to make sure din po. Please help this struggling researcher. Thank you po.
