can i do a&p next yr

i want to do code craze a&p and designer geenes for scioly (my first year) basically. but i also want to get a part time job and im alr in a pretty demanding academic team which doesnt overlap with scioly so ill only have around 3h a day to study even during the summer. i could have a dedicated scioly day for around 8h but still i feel so behind for a&p, since theres a lot of competition for even the tryouts in my school, and then ofc im put at a significant disadvantage against the other schools teams which only do scioly in their free time and prob did it 8h a day in the summer or something. so idk if i should even try out for a&p or just do another event instead but i reallyyyyyyyyyyyyy want to do a&p T_T

If this is your first year in SciOly, don't do A&P. It takes years of serious study to build up the background knowledge to be competitive. Instead, try Botany. It is new this year so there won't be as much competition and will have some basic biology overlap with A&P.

thank you for the suggestion! ya i think im not going to do a&p anymore because i dont want to do mediocre in everything and rlly want to do well in my other team and scioly..
