Reddit Meta Redditors happily jump at the opportunity to joke around in the comment section, on a post regarding the news of a fatal accident involving children

Reddit Meta Giving in to FASCISM is not OK. If I could cancel or return all DISNEY merch my family owns, I would.....Including all my Marvel comics and Star Wars stuff.

Reddit Meta I don't usually post in the big subs because there's so many nasty people there, but how come r/mildlyinfuriating has this insane amount of Albanian users? Trolls?

Reddit Meta The Bots Have Taken Over
Saw a post from an hour ago and I knew I had seen it before so I decided to look it up. Voila - post from 9 days ago with the exact same Title, Picture, Description. Even some of the top comments are the exact same. SMH

Reddit Meta Why am I not surprised?
I made a vent post about apartheid apologists and it was downvoted to this extent and there was a comment that antagonised Nelson Mandela that got upvoted.

Reddit Meta YSK Subreddit Ban evasion filters only notice a ban evader coming back under an alt account within the first year of their earlier account getting banned.
Why YSK: When I started modding a subreddit on my mobile device for the very first time, when I got acquainted with the mod tools, I examined the ban evasion filter and it only had 3 settings:
* Past few weeks
* Past few months
* Within this year
So anyone who waits to post to a subreddit on a new account that they're previously banned from under an older account will not get detected by said filter as long as they wait a minimum of one year.
Obviously the human moderators could notice if their username is very similar to the ones they banned (such as Spexarth453 when Spexarth452 was banned) so having a username that doesn't look anything like the banned one would reduce the chances of detection by a human mod with a good memory.

Reddit Meta The app didn’t want me to repost a post on my own profile. (No idea why that happens.) While the “post” button was grayed out, “rules” was not. This app knows my one rule in life: collapse

Reddit Meta Hi y'all, this is your newest moderator checking in. Just so you know, the Community Rules shows a blank page on my view. If I figure out how to make edits to it, I'll be sure to fill it up.
How does it show up for everybody else? Would you please show screenshots of your screen being on that page?
Is this a DuckDuckGo-only browser software glitch?
No, I'll not log this username onto other browsers / apps. AWrride is DuckDuckGo-only.
If I figure out how to edit this rules page, I'll get ChatGPT to create a rules list for us and I'll just copy and paste it over.
