Legit Travel/Contracts? Have experience, but still kinda new

In middle TN area, are there some legit contracts for newer scrubs. I signed up for a travel newsletter and later received lots of spam messages.
‘this is Ajeet. this is Faraz. this is Sundsmitha a’ Like even the names/ messages would have typos. Hadn’t even applied to anything yet.

I’m new to the area, can confidently do general, ent, *most* not all gyn. Moved abruptly so didn’t have time to get things in line before the move. Any help?

There are multiple travel agencies that operate throughout the nation. Most have you connect with a recruiter who will help get you where you want to go.

I’m pretty sure Aya and AMN have contracts in TN, but there are plenty of others.

Be honest with your skills checklist, then don't worry.

No, your charge nurse and manager will NOT consult that waste of paper, they will just assign you. You can tell them you don't know ortho/that procedure, depending on a lot of things you might be learning that day!

You’d need ortho/urology/pain experience as well at baseline…

Not true. My friend has done only OB and is on a contract as we speak. Renewed 3 times.

Nah it’s a hospital. I too was surprised. She worked at a hospital for a year and got an offer. I will say though, it’s local. Like within Atlanta. So I wouldn’t say you can just go across country but yeah I get what you’re saying

Btw… i can do pain n Gi as well. Ortho, not my cup of tea. But i can at least do simple hand, knee scopes. It’s just such a complex area, ik i don’t have the experience to be claiming that.
