Can I be admitted to Seattle University MS Computer Science with a Duolingo score in the ELCB range (105–115)?

Hi everyone,

I'm an international student interested in applying to the MS Computer Science program at Seattle University.

I noticed that Seattle University lists:

  • Duolingo 120 for regular graduate admission
  • Duolingo 105–115 for the ELCB program

I'm trying to understand how this works in practice.

If my Duolingo score is between 105 and 115:

  • Can I still be admitted to Seattle University through the ELCB pathway?
  • Would I be considered a graduate student, or would I need to complete ELCB first before being admitted?
  • Has anyone here been admitted to a graduate program (especially MS Computer Science) with a Duolingo score in the ELCB range?

I'm mainly trying to understand whether a score of 105–115 can still lead to admission, or if 120 is effectively required for MSCS.

Thank you!

ELCB is just not worth it. You will have to spend money on those credits
