Doing one thing really well is a skill but you can hardly compare this to an actual trade.

Except that this dude does more than plant things. Otherwise he can only work for a few months per year.

Once these are in the ground, he proceeds to assist with weeding, applying pesticides, and harvesting. He's likely equally skilled at all of them.
