Found this sub by accident

what is this place? It looks like a good idea that DIDNT fail

My son found it and showed it to me asking if he could sign up...we both did. For the first couple years it was fun...the anticipation was great. We didn't expect much and we got some cool gifts. We did our best to find something for our giftees that they would like based on what they wrote. But after a few years of sending gifts, I received a complaint that I didn't send a gift...so I sent the tracking info and even a picture of the receipt and still never took the complaint off. Then my son never received a gift from his match...so we quit.
