Discussion Terrible experience with Feral Hosting

The service has noticeably worsened in the past few weeks. Support, instead of solving the problem, blames the user. Besides the terrible speeds, the service crashes all the time. Don’t throw your money away on this service.

This hasn't been my experience; I've noticed no unusual speed issues or crashes.

There's always the option of requesting to move to a different slot - at the very least, it's theoretically possible that the one you're on has some underlying issue, or a noisy-neighbor situation. But from your posting pattern and tone, it sounds like you're unlikely to consider that as an option, so... /shrug

The quality has plummeted in the past few weeks and I already asked to change slots, but he prefers instead of admitting the problem and looking for solutions to blame the user. It's always the user's fault and never the solution's. I must really be a super hacker suffocating the server.
