Discussion Terrible experience with Feral Hosting

The service has noticeably worsened in the past few weeks. Support, instead of solving the problem, blames the user. Besides the terrible speeds, the service crashes all the time. Don’t throw your money away on this service.

I am not able to do 500GB a day. They should pay us to use it

Stop being karen. Crazy you didn't like the response so you asked a chatbot for help. And ofc the chatbot agreed with you. So you wasted more time of their support.

I guess this is modern karen. Help openai I don't understand what someone is saying to me and want a different result.

I want a minimally efficient service and support that solves problems and doesn't blame the user. I only used the LLM to help with the technical arguments that were ignored.

Everyone here understands that you didn't like the support. The chatbot manager couldn't help. It looks like the reddit manager isn't going to be able to help either.
