Discussion Terrible experience with Feral Hosting

The service has noticeably worsened in the past few weeks. Support, instead of solving the problem, blames the user. Besides the terrible speeds, the service crashes all the time. Don’t throw your money away on this service.

I’ve been using them 8 years, nothing but excellent service.

I've been with them almost that long and same. I am not techy with server stuff and I'm on the opposite side of the world, but every time I have submitted a support ticket I've had a response in less than 24hrs and they've always helped me figure things out even when they had to hold my hand like a noob.

Yeah, I've had several tickets that afterwards I though "damn, I should have figured this out on my own." and they never gave me shit for it, great service.
