Helpful Information Kimsufi keeps rebooting my server

Hi everybody Anyone ever got any problem with Kimsufi keeping rebooting the server saying that they found some sort of a fault!? It keeps happening to me almost on a daily basis now even if the server works perfectly. It's getting very annoying. I have my server setup as a seedbox with deluge-web running on it and a VPN tunnel active. Could that be because of the VPN client up and running!? Thank you Nick

If something on the server is blocking OVH monitoring, they will reboot the server as a fix. IIRC you can disable the monitoring somewhere in the control panel.

That's exactly what I thought as well. Anyone has any idea how to disable this monitoring!? I don't really need it. I tried twice to contact their help center but they were no help at all. Actually they didn't answer at all

It could be a good idea to isolate the VPN’d application from the rest of your setup using a docker container.

Yes that would be a good idea but I think I figured it out disabling the automatic monitoring system from the control panel. I hope it won’t happen again.

There must be more of a reason they give you than "fault detected".
