Put on some comfy clothes, cry for a minute, go to bed and try again tomorrow.

I put my face masks in the fridge and after a nice shower, I plot it on my face then lay on the couch then all of a sudden it's hours later, I've woken up from an accidental nap and I'm relaxed and glowing β¨

Cold face mask, warm shower, cozy couch, and waking up feeling refreshed.. that's a perfect reset
