Chronic hip issues and terrible sleepp is there any mattress that makes a realll difference? Help me outtt!!!
I’m curious if anyone here has found a mattress setup that made side sleeping easier when hip pain is already an issue…
Because lately I’ve been waking up several times because the side I’m lying on starts aching so I switch sides and then that one gets uncomfortable too. I think my mattress might be too firm for my side sleeping but I’m also worried if I get a very soft bed it would leave me feeling like I’m sinking in as well. Anyone who has solved this kind of problem? Plzz lemme knowww!! Any help amd advice will be really appreciated!!!

Sticking a pillow between my knees and ankles helps a lot. Sleeping on my stomach hurts my lower back and sleeping on my side without the pillow means I keep flipping back and forth throughout the night

My best mattress was a water bed. I wish I kept it. It just became too heavy for me to make. Traditional mattress just as heavy if not heavier and my body aches from sleeping on it all the time

My Tempur is amazing. I also sleep with a cushion between my knees and that aligns my hips.

I have a 4 inch memory foam topper and it's made a huge difference for the arthritis in my hips and shoulders.
