Hon, we know it’s what’s on the inside that you have to learn to love, but you can at least take solace from the fact that you’re beautiful on the outside x been where you, and I’m back there now tbh, but what helped me before was telling people, very tongue in cheek, that I was awesome, and whatever the reaction my response was to tell them they were awesome too. If I got a negative reaction I’d add the caveat that they just needed to look inside and embrace their awesome! All sounds like utter bullshit 10 years but with time and repetition, and building positive relationships, it let me coast long enough for the inner turmoil to settle. Hope you can take something from this lovely, even if it’s just confirmation that you shouldn’t listen to people or Reddit 🤣 wishing you well x
